- 1 12 oz. can of beer
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 dash of hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
- Ice cubes
- Tajin seasoning (optional, for rimming the glass)
- Lime wedges, for garnish
- If you'd like to rim your glass with Tajin seasoning, pour some onto a small plate. Wet the rim of a tall glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into the Tajin to coat it.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and hot sauce.
- Pour the lime juice mixture over the ice in the glass.
- Pour the beer over the top of the lime juice mixture.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
